## What is Routine Tracker?

Skipped days? That's fine. Arc Habit is a habit app that lets you come back whenever you want.

Use it for workouts, stretching, reading, sleep, morning routines, study, or any small action you want to keep doing. Instead of pushing you toward big goals, Arc Habit helps you record what you did and how much, at your own pace.

Arc Habit can also help when you want to review your lifestyle after a health checkup or keep track of actions during a diet. Instead of focusing only on weight or numbers, you can look back on actions like walking, workouts, stretching, sleep, breakfast, or any small step you took today.

What you can do with Arc Habit:
- Pin your frequent habits to the home screen
- Log today's action in one tap
- Record counts, time, reps x sets, time x pages, or simple checkmarks
- Create your own custom habits
- Log quickly from a home screen widget
- Get a reminder when nothing has been recorded for 24 hours
- See total days, total records, and this month's activity
- Review your history with heatmaps and trend charts
- Link your account to keep your logs when switching devices

Arc Habit is useful if you want to:
- Keep workouts, stretching, reading, or morning routines going
- Track actions during a diet or lifestyle reset
- Review daily habits after a health checkup
- Start again without feeling like one missed day ruined everything
- Avoid habit apps that push too hard
- Focus on what you actually did, not only the final result
- Use a lightweight habit log instead of a complex goal planner

Skipped days? That's fine.
Come back whenever you want. Use Arc Habit to keep going.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-17

This one's all behind the scenes.

We refreshed the app's underlying foundations to improve stability and security. Nothing changes on the surface, but it's the kind of quiet, important work that keeps things running smoothly.

Thanks for sticking with us!

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-01

We've given logging a big rethink.

You can now log with just a time of day (morning / afternoon / evening / night) — or even just the date. Catching up on entries later feels much more relaxed.
And late-night entries before 4 AM now count toward the previous day, so night owls finally get credit where it's due.

The friends feed got better too — you can now see all of a friend's habits at a glance.

Small steps, but we're getting there. Thanks for sticking with us!

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-26

You can connect with friends now.

Swap an invite code or QR with someone, and their recent activity shows up on your home screen. No following strangers — you only connect with people you actually hand a code to.
And when you log something, you decide right there whether to share it or keep it to yourself.

Also fixed that little jump the screen used to make while loading, and nudged colors and spacing here and there. Small stuff, but it's the part you see every day.

Thanks as always!

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-16

Added 3 new exercises to the catalog: ab roller (kneeling & standing), crunch, and hip lift. Core day is officially covered!

Also fixed a subtle flicker where banners and guide cards would briefly flash right after launching the app. Small but satisfying to fix.

Thanks for using the app!

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-12

- Tap the top of the screen to jump back to the start of a list
- More reliable logging with fewer accidental taps
- Smoother sign-in experience
