RoutinePass helps you follow through on the rehab or mobility exercises you already know. Build a personal routine with your own videos, choose when to do it, and optionally put distracting apps on hold until ready sessions are complete.

Choose distracting apps with Apple Screen Time. When a session becomes ready, those apps can wait until the session is resolved. Emergency unlock remains available when you need it.

SEE THE WORK YOU HAVE DONE
History shows completed, partial and skipped sessions without judgment. Filter by routine and review your notes before a visit with your healthcare professional.

• A Schedule created after one of its times has passed no longer creates a Ready or Overdue Session for that earlier time.
• Editing and deleting Schedules or Exercises is more stable, and past Sessions remain available in History when a Routine is deleted.
