I put my employee number in and it just says loading. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone and still won’t load. If this doesn’t work I can’t work. For whatever reason, the developer avoids using tools built into the OS. This hurts the app on Android and even more on iOS. There are notifications on iOS. Just a popup within the app of any changes made. But it should ding and never did for me. Go to settings then Routingbox Mobile. Turn off “enable debugger”. The next thing may be unnecessary but I toggled auto refresh and notifications from within the app off and back on for good measure. Now at least you will hear a ding if the app is not in the foreground. But make sure your media volume is turned up because just like with android, it plays the ding through media audio instead of notification audio. ### 1/5 — Help *2021-06-14, version 2.8.53* I can’t seem to get this to work on my iPhone ### 3/5 — Needs improvement for iPhone users *2019-07-11, version 2.6.53* Seems to be geared more towards Android users. Crashed constantly. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2019-07-10, version 2.6.53* If you wanna have a frustrating day at work, use this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Beware of Poor Customer Service and Unscrupulous Billing Practices!! *2025-01-09* I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a disastrous experience with RoutingBox/ Founders Software. We signed up for their service, but it didn't meet our needs, so we requested cancellation after just two weeks. The salesperson acknowledged our request and instructed us to forward it to the billing department. We assumed everything was taken care of, but surprisingly, we were charged for two more months. When we contacted the sales team again, they admitted to dropping the ball and assured us they would resolve the issue. However, instead of fixing the problem, they continued to bill us, and we eventually had to involve our bank to cancel the recurring payment. To add insult to injury, RoutingBox/Founders Software is now sending us collection notices for over $3000. This is outrageous and speaks volumes about their questionable business practices. Our experience with RoutingBox/Founders Software has been marred by broken promises, poor communication, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. # 0 (Zero) rating ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-02-16* I’ll give it a zero if I could. It really $ucks my employer decided to go with this company, when clearly are lacking some features with this app. No way to get notifications. App must be open at all times in order to see whether I got a trip added or not. It’s low to refresh and it’s UI not intuitive at all. My employees who own an iPhone have issues all of the time with this app freezing on them and not allowing them in to do the trips. I recently got an iPhone and am now also dealing with the app freezing on me and not allowing me in. We are forced to do everything on paper because it is so bad.
