I have been with rova for over a year now but I have gone through hell since I have been with them. They ask silly questions like show prove of your parents business, bring their bank statements, why is your wife not on tenancy agreement and so on. Sometimes I wonder if the compliance team don’t read the law of U.K before asking for documents. This is not Nigeria you can ask people thinks knowing that no one abide by the law. My account has been blocked for over 3 weeks now despite showing proof of where the money came from. The fact that the funds came from my other account and they had to block my rova is questionable.
