The camera picked up everything up until two seconds before the impact. Ive had this camera for maybe about a year and a half. Ive been able to successfully retrieve videos maybe twice. Everything is always “loading”, and scrolling through dates to even find a video is a hassle. What’s the point of the local album in the app and why would you need full access to my library if the app has its own folder? The product claims up to 20MB/s transfer speed through the app, but in real-world use I was getting only a few dozen KB/s. Downloading a single video takes forever, and larger files are practically impossible to transfer. What's the point of having WiFi and an app if it takes hours to download footage? The old app was basically unusable and would take forever to even load between menu options. I don’t usually write reviews but the developers did a great job with the new update. Much more user friendly, seamless, great UI, and better functionality overall. It came with dash cam as well as the rear camera. The clarity is amazing and it has literally saved my butt a few times proving that I was in the right. Love Rove and highly recommend it! With all of the crazy lunatics we have on the roads nowadays, dash cams are an absolute must have!!
