I'm not sure I understand why I should use this app if I have to request the booking. I'd rather call the campground myself and get an actual booking. **Developer response:** Hi - Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Calling is still an option but here are all of the benefits with using our online reservation request system: 1. Customer service on the reservation at any time between booking it and checking out. 2. If the campground doesn’t have availability, we help you find another nearby. 3. You don’t have to wait for the right time to call the campground - you can book after their front desk hours or you don’t have to worry about them not answering the phone during the day. 4. If you book several, we keep all the reservations and relevant info organized in your account to reference.
