Reinstalled the app multiple times and app is still not getting any response when launched. Have already filed for a support ticket a month ago but it has not been attended to. Disappointing. ### 5/5 — The perfect tennis app *2024-08-08, version 7.0.0* I’m on this everyday looking at what’s available and play on Rovo games 3-4x a week. It’s what tennis players need, even those who don’t know it yet ### 1/5 — Wrong booking *2024-07-20* Booking done through this app but after reaching the badminton court said they stopped allowing booking through ROVO app. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Amount Refund Issue *2024-05-18* Amount deducted on 4th May 2024 and court booking is not confirmed and I send multiple emails and multiple times called to the team but they didn’t refund the amount. Worst app I ever seen. I have seen similar issues in other apps but they will refund the amount without our intervention but this App is opposite to the other apps.
