However, there is a issue in the booking as the icon for cancelling the event is no more appearing in the app. It’s strange behaviour. All the booking I made are now not utilised and could not cancel. ### 3/5 — Crashes on PayZapp payment page *2021-08-11* Have been using the app for a while. Though the app is pretty much useful for venue booking, facing issues in PayZapp payment page. The app crashes when tried to book using PayZapp wallet. Couple of days back I realised that I have been locked out of my Rovo account and cant log back in. It was like the app got rest or something. Was asked to create a new account! There no option for log out too... ### 4/5 — A decent app for Tennis enthusiasts *2019-10-08* This is a brilliant App to socialise, meet new tennis players and perhaps even get coached. The only reason I haven’t given this app a full 5 star rating are for the following 2 reasons: 1. The developer needs to make a check on the accuracy of the ratings of players cos some players put up high ratings who in reality are not even up to the standard and end up spoiling the game for the entire lot. I would even suggest players who are above 60yrs be marked as Senior players in the app. 2. Coaching notices to be allowed on this app only for certified coaches especially when money is involved. ### 1/5 — Not useful, no active users. If there are not enough users around your area in Australia, you can also consider using the groups feature in the app amongst your existing group of players. Reinstalled the app multiple times and app is still not getting any response when launched. Have already filed for a support ticket a month ago but it has not been attended to. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Wrong booking *2024-07-20* Booking done through this app but after reaching the badminton court said they stopped allowing booking through ROVO app. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Amount Refund Issue *2024-05-18* Amount deducted on 4th May 2024 and court booking is not confirmed and I send multiple emails and multiple times called to the team but they didn’t refund the amount. Worst app I ever seen. I have seen similar issues in other apps but they will refund the amount without our intervention but this App is opposite to the other apps.
