This app is a game-changer. It provides very useful real time information for water training including stroke rate and split. The interface is very easy to use, for me it is going to be a must have for every water session. Highly recommend!

Used a couple times and now can’t think of doing a session without it. Easy to use and a great alternative to a speed coach and better in a number of ways. Lots of great features and very user friendly.

I was fortunate enough to have had access to a spread coach before but with the suggested mounting options this app is a great free alternative, I would highly recommend any rower to give this ago (with the write mounting hardware!!)

This is a brilliant bit of kit for my phone. Have used it in single, coxed four and eight and have found it to be very useful. It is accurate on the rate and splits which is good as I don’t want to shell out the £450 for a speedcoach! Generally good app and definitely recommend giving it a try!
