## What is Row Pulse by Solvyne?

Row Pulse is the companion app for Concept2 rowing machines. Connect via Bluetooth to your PM5 Performance Monitor and track every detail of your rowing with live charts and automatic session logging.

See your pace, stroke rate, power output, heart rate, and force curve data updating in real time as you row. Choose from Standard, Minimal, and Extended dashboard layouts to show exactly the metrics you need.

Every completed workout is saved to your logbook with full time-series data. View your history in a calendar with streak counters and weekly totals. Track personal bests across distance and time pieces, and unlock 14 rowing achievements.

Race against your previous best sessions with ghost mode, or go head-to-head against other rowers in real-time live racing. Program workouts directly to your PM5 — distance, time, or intervals.

Pair any BLE heart rate strap for five-zone training with real-time zone tracking and post-workout breakdowns. Upload results to your Concept2 online logbook.
