**Developer response:** when you swipe up the menu from the bottom of your device, check that you are not on mute and you have "mute off" by clicking on the circle near the moon icon

I just bought the whole package for 2.99 and it crashes every time you want to watch the music video.  I'm very disappointed.  I want either the issue to be solved or get my money back to buy something that works.
