Platform is junk, a waste of my time. ### 1/5 — Terrible app!! *2026-02-22, version 9.0.2* How many times should one have to change the password and still the app doesn’t recognize it! To confirm, I’ve tried on a few browsers but to no success. How are we supposed to review and pay any fees if the app nor the website doesn’t allow us in?? ### 1/5 — Limited features and poorly designed UI *2025-11-15, version 9.0.2* This isn’t a property app. It’s a web app wrapped into an “app”. It’s clunky, broken, and doesn’t have many features. It looks more like a web form. It honestly looks like it was designed by some middle school students who recently learned how to build an app. I get that the company bought this off the shelf from an offshore company but gimme a break. Please do better. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2025-09-24, version 9.0.2* App told me incorrect email and/or password, it wasn’t. So it wanted me to create a new password (via link in email) I did. Tried to sign in on web with new password, but still saying incorrect credentials! Cannot sign in on app as well!!!!!!! Fix this!!! Is it possible I need to RE-REGISTER?!!! annoying! ### 1/5 — Absolutely no response to a job order from Rowcal *2025-09-04, version 8.6.1* I have been waiting nearly 3 months to get a dead tree and dead limbs removed from the common area. I cannot get any response from Rowcal.. Do not consider using this management company. They do not follow through. ### 1/5 — Late Fees *2025-05-30, version 8.6.1* I keep getting assessed late fees when my payment is automatic on the 9th of the month. No one responds to emails and I’m failing at figuring out how to contact a live person. Can’t open what good is that? ### 1/5 — App not opening anymore *2024-02-05, version 7.11.1* I used to be able to access the app and found it to be somewhat useful except for the fact the billing options are not clear to distinguish between ACH and portal payments. This resulted in an under payment and fines. Still pending resolution from Rowcal, their care team isn’t as responsive as one would hope. ### 1/5 — Was great now crashing *2024-02-05, version 7.11.1* When I first installed this app, it was wonderful! However, it now will no longer open. It keeps crashing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and it just will not work. Maybe related with 17.4 iOS which is beta currently at the time of this writing. Way to be with the 21 Century!!!! ### 5/5 — Great for homeowners and board members *2022-09-08, version 1.1.5* This app allows people to submit work orders, acc requests, and respond to violations. You have to enter your password even after you’ve selected the biometrics option. ### 4/5 — Good App *2023-01-29, version 1.1.5* It’s a great app to access HOA information however the fee is outrageous. $6.99 paid to the credit card company and I can’t see the help message about possibly making a no fee transaction. If support can please reply to my review with the help message on the payment screen!! Half of the text is cut off for me and there’s no way to make sense of the message. ### 2/5 — Bugs to work out *2025-06-19, version 8.6.1* I love how easy it is to submit a work order. I don’t like that the biometrics option doesn’t work and I have to enter a password every time even after selecting to use biometrics. Worse yet is I can’t see status updates on the app. Once they take the ticket it disappears from my view.
