## What is Rowmerge?

RowMerge completes your indoor rowing workouts.

Your Apple Watch already tracks heart rate and calories for indoor rowing — but it can't see the distance, power, or stroke data shown on your rowing machine. RowMerge fills in the gap.

Pick a recent Apple Watch rowing workout, type in the numbers from your machine's display, and RowMerge saves a new, enriched rowing workout to Apple Health — with distance and machine metrics attached, and your pace calculated automatically.

WHAT YOU CAN ADD
• Distance
• Average power (watts)
• Stroke rate (spm)
• Machine calories
• Reported pace (/500m)

RowMerge also calculates your /500m pace from the workout duration and the distance you enter.

BUILT TO RESPECT YOUR ACTIVITY RINGS
RowMerge never writes active energy. The heart rate and calories credited by your Apple Watch stay exactly as they are, so your Move and Exercise rings are never double-counted. You get the machine data you want — without inflating your day.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything happens on your device, in Apple Health. RowMerge doesn't collect your data, doesn't track you, and sends nothing to any server.

WORKS WITH YOUR ROWER
Designed for indoor rowing machines such as the Technogym Skillrow — just read the values off the display and type them in.

One thing to note: RowMerge can't delete the original Apple Watch workout for you. After saving, it reminds you to remove the duplicate in the Health app.
