And only for them: what you write is end-to-end encrypted. YOUR DAY IN ONE LIST Every task assigned to you, from all your projects: overdue first, then priority, today and what's left to do. Tick one off and it's done. PROJECTS, BOARDS, TASKS A project for each part of your life, boards inside it for each list, and tasks on the boards. Invite people with a 4-digit code, assign tasks, and see the project's history: who added, finished or changed what. YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE Tasks and the events from your phone's calendars on one grid. Turn any event into a task with a tap. Tasks that run over several days and repeating tasks show right where they belong; done ones can stay, faded. NEVER MISS A THING A reminder before every task at a set time, a morning summary of your day, and an alarm that rings even in silent mode and Do Not Disturb. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget with today's tasks, your priorities or what's left to do — or one project's tasks, in its colour or with its photo. BETTER TOGETHER Connect with someone close to see each other's timed tasks in your calendar, each in their own colour. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Names, tasks, notes, checklists and links are encrypted on your phone before they're stored, with keys only the people in the project have. Not even we can read them.
