## What is RowSync?

RowSync imports indoor rowing workouts from your Augletics account into Apple Health.

Use it to keep your rowing history in one place without manually recreating workouts. Sign in with your Augletics account, review the workouts RowSync finds, and choose what to sync. RowSync writes indoor rowing workouts with distance, duration, energy, interval structure, and heart rate data when available.

RowSync is designed for manual, transparent syncing:

- Review new and previously synced workouts before writing to Health.
- Re-import a synced workout when you need to refresh the Health entry.
- See when a workout format is unsupported and prepare a support package only if you choose to share it.
- Keep your Augletics password out of RowSync storage; the app stores only an authentication token in the iOS keychain.

RowSync is an independent utility and is not affiliated with Augletics.
