I can order ahead of time through the app, tap “I’m Here” as I pull up to the parking lot, leave my car description, and they bring my drink right out to me. But their app is frustrating. 3/4 of the times the first page shows up and then when you push order or repeat order it just spins in circles and struggles to connect to the store. Most times it never does. Frustrating for people wanting to order ahead and have curbside pick up. Here I thought, after buying 20+ smoothies I should have a free smoothie or two! So I sign into the app. and have a whopping $2.50 in credits. For anyone who does math that’s about a .1% return.
