I am a longtime purchaser of quality collectables through RoxburysAuctionHouse. I am a small-time collector. I have been happy with past purchases; the quality of items, the description and grading of items, the proficiency and professionalism of staff. Unfortunately, my last purchase of a German New Guinea coin was disappointing. The picture showed a coin of high quality, but upon receiving the coin, it had been heavily cleaned with numerous scratch marks; marks not evident in the pictures. I should have realised that the coin having been not graded by you, should have screamed “ buyer beware!” BUT I thought, based on prior experiences, that Roxbury was synonymous with quality . I assumed a descriptor such as “cleaned” or “ hairline brush marks “ would have accompanied the descriptor, GIVEN THE STANDING OF ROXBURYS in numismatic circles. 
A friend who purchased numerous items at the same auction, for the first time purchasing through ROXBURYS, largely on my recommendation, received goods (banknotes) with one listed in the descriptor missing. ( I acknowledge that after notifying ROXBURYS, he was compensated). 
But…..it begs the question, “ What has changed at ROXBURYS? “ I am thinking I will not purchase through them again, nor recommend them as i have in the past unreservedly!  Disappointed.

Every time I try to open the app, all it does is “initialising app”.  I have deleted the app twice and reloaded it but it continues to just “initialise”.

The app fails to provide features customers would expect from such a provider.

For instance, the app does not provide the customer with an ability to see what lots were won at auction. Nor does the app provide the ability to track and trace a shipment.

Improvement in the app features is greatly needed.
