Account details not showing, points disappeared, new bookings are not linked to the account and don’t show under bookings section. Horrible user experience. ### 1/5 — The amount of time I have to sign in *2025-12-25* The app keeps crashing and is not user-friendly. I can’t access my account, use offers or deals, purchase tickets using my Roxy Platinum loyalty points, or buy food and apply loyalty discounts. ### 1/5 — Needs to be improved *2025-12-21, version 5.1.2* It says “Your session is expired”. However, your recent app update/upgrade was such a disappointment - it didn’t recognize the old users login and requesting for a login update doesn’t even happen. It’s like a joke. Ideally, same as the rest when you update the app all the details (login and points) from your existing customers should be retained.
