The phone numbers provided for airlines not working , that app also have so many issues. I couldn’t upgrade or assign my seats . Airport is dirty and doesn’t have even one restaurant only horrible fast food. AC is not working in airport and it’s impossible to find one usb working to charge your phone . Airline stuff is rude and unprofessional. Food on the plane was horrible they didn’t offer any Arabic dishes. That was the worst travel experience I ever had in my life but they charge for the flight the same like Qatar or Dubai . I will never fly by this airline and don’t recommend anyone to use it . ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-07-14, version 16.6* First of all, the airline’s website does not allow check in. The app asks for full cookies/permissions before processing the check in. Then, it still doesn’t work. Calling the customer service is a waste of time. The customer service people are rude, yell, don’t listen and then ask: “what you say?”. After repeating, the female representative started to yell and say that I will have time to check in if I show up 4hrs before the flight. The check in is only available up to 2hrs before the flight. Then you have to go through the passport and security check line. Les sièges étaient extrêmement étroits et inconfortables pour un long vol international. Concernant les repas servis, la nourriture était de très mauvaise qualité, avec une portion minuscule contenant surtout du gras de poisson au goût désagréable. Après le repas, j’ai ressenti des douleurs et une réaction allergique. Franchement, ce type de nourriture ne devrait pas être servi aux passagers. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost during this trip. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering that I paid 303,000 Naira for extra baggage. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team through phone calls and messages, but I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and accountability shows a serious disregard for customer satisfaction. Losing luggage is already inconvenient, but completely ignoring a customer’s efforts to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I kindly request immediate action to locate my luggage or provide appropriate compensation. I also expect a prompt response regarding this matter. I hope this issue will be handled urgently and professionally. I boarded Royal Air Maroc from Lagos to Manchester on 27th February and they lost my luggage without any communication. I’ve called and sent multiple messages with no response. Terrible customer service and no respect for customers’ property. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2026-02-28, version 16.6* Today 28 of February 2026 has been the saddest day of my life, i boarded the Royal Air Maroc(AT819) form Manchester to Casablanca, it delayed for 2hours 30 minutes, with no communication to the passengers from the air hostess. We got to Casablanca and my connecting flight to Accra was ready for boarding I had to rush to be on board, by so doing I left my laptop bag which contained ; a Samsung A3 phone, a smart Motorola and an iPhone 16pro max . 5 Apple Watch and some few valuables items. I told one air hostess about he quickly went down to look for it , he came with not and asked me to go look for it myself, and that I will be missing that flight and a new flight will be made available for me, so I agreed to go down in search of my bag and items, I didn’t find I went security to help they couldn’t find it as well.
