What a waste of someone’s time and my money. Amazing to think that they’re part of a larger group. Complete rubbish.

So much easier than the faff of the card reader etc, it’s completely changed my attitude to RBS Bankline, and saved me hours of time and frustration.

This app is good. Not simply because it does away with the utter farce of a card reader, nor because it means you can avoid the stinking pile of offal that is the Bankline website. It’s actually objectively good

The app is very user friendly and makes it much easier to quickly check balances / transactions etc rather than logging in online. The app would be even better if it had the ability to pay in cheques aswell.

Doesn’t let you access existing templates – don’t know why you would release me up at this stage.

Currently, the app supports domestic templates that you have the privileges to make a payment from, that have been set up on web.
