Such an incredible addition to my mindfulness practice!! Yasmine’s voice is so soothing, and the content is incredible. Loving the guided meditations and yoga flows.

I have been diagnosed with “Disc Bulged” and my physio advised me to do gentle exercises. So yoga seemed to be the best for me. I checked in the Apple Store and came across Royal Bliss. Yasmine is outstanding the way she explains step by step each of the exercises and after three weeks I have noticed the difference in my back, and my pain has eased. I also follow and practice her meditations, which are absolutely a great pleasure to listen to with her beautiful voice. I highly recommended this app for anyone. The annual membership is really worth it for me and my health. Thank you, Yasmine!
