It sometimes takes at least half a minute to register and click and even longer to load the page. It looks polished, visually, but for anyone trying to use it, it generates only frustration. The interface is incredibly slow to react or load info. Trying to find details of your own collection/purchase history is an exercise in futility. Doesn’t automatically put your purchase in the collection folder, this is a manual process based on looking up each transaction. When you do add a coin to your collection, it doesn’t give you the option to enter a quantity…..so if you buy two of the same coin, it only allows for one. If you try to add a second coin, it tells you that it’s already part of your collection. Please make this app more user friendly so we don’t have to track in a spreadsheet. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-05-02, version 4.0.0* This iteration of the app is just terrible. They changed their website and my whole collection disappeared. When you try to add to your collection now, there are no longer any pictures. Who wants to use it without the pictures. Logging in is even a pain. This is the Royal Canadian Mint, you would think they would pride themselves on their website and apps, especially on the collection part, for all the people spending fortunes on their products. Take a look at the reviews on here, not one reply from any representative of this company, shame on you RCM. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Useless *2023-03-04, version 4.0.0* This apps doesn’t has commodity, request sign in every time, doest link to any on your personal options…. I deleted the apps after struggling to use it few times… no use at all easier to browse it from the web. ### 1/5 — One Star only to view coins - forget trying to buy *2023-02-06, version 4.0.0* This app much like the website does not work well at all. Sure you can review coins and view them, read about them etc. But when it comes to making a purchase this is where the problems start. First there is a delay when placing in the cart and then viewing the cart. Then when going from cart to payment many times you have to keep clicking the button until the progress pops up. And many times it says “there is a problem close and try again” then once to the payment section the credit card never seems to get saved. And again when clicking to order again you one has to press the order button before the processing pop up shows up. Then again you get the error message so again click and again the error but since my cars show purchases I do know that it did go through as a card tells me there is a new charge. But the app still shows the item in the card and the order error message. Go out of that screen and now the cart is empty. Same issue seem to happen on the website so this is probably a transaction issue. It’s like they don’t want me to buy their products. Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — Behind the times *2022-12-15, version 4.0.0* The app was recently updated and it went from bad to worse. Lost my entire database of collection created in previous version. New version is still a waste of time. Does not store login details, navigation is very slow. No current status of where you are at in master club points. This is actually a pretty great app, it's really nice and convenient for managing and logging your collection, absolutely no log in issues that others seem to be having and the app seems to always run smoothly.
