Order needs to be in place at the ferry area near the chill beach as there was a delay in the time the ferry left on Sunday because of the crowding and disorganization of the line when it was time to enter the ferry. There should be better communication in letting passengers know that the ferry drops us off at a different location when returning to the ship!! There were so many people with canes and in wheelchairs that had to walk that long distance with no tram available to assist back to the ship!! EVERYBODY needs to be able to get some sort of transport at all times of the day until it’s time for the ships departure!! This was my first time on jewel and first time to the beach club and I don’t think I would do that again until these things are fixed!! I have a lot of family and friends who would love to support and experience the royal beach club but there needs to be changes!! The service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. The food was excellent! We were very impressed with the quality, variety, presentation, and service at every meal. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I was without luggage for 3 days. I was relentless in finding my luggage. Finally, let them know that I had know personal item(deodorant ( which they didn’t have) underwear etc for changing. I was offer a $Refundable $100.00 credit to get clothes laundry. Once I received my luggage it was Sunday around 8:45 pm. I found out my luggage had been in someone else’s room the whole time. Once I received my luggage the $100.00 credit( lost luggage) was removed from my account and I was issued a $ 100.00 ( guess for inconvenience). The whole experience was traumatic for me because how can you allow someone to take items that do not belong to them. Please it had my name, Airline on my sticker. I will not be getting on Royal Caribbean again. Another experience I witnessed how they nickel and dime you to (ice cream was not included in your package. If you didn’t get the drink package which cost $556.00 each person was asked do I have a doctor’s note letting them know why I didn’t drink liquor ( who does that) totally HIPPA violation.
