Trying access shop and get kicked out plz fix

This game is great! I love it! The only problem I have with this game is that when I try to access the shop it kicks me out of the game. Once I get back into the game it erases my progress and makes me start all over so there for its a two star for me.

I’ve been playing merge games PvP style for awhile now; after coming across this game I now only play this one. Great mechanics to the game, with the potential to be a better game.

Recommendations: More defenders!! The current Defenders that are my go to consist of only 1 legendary Defender. I feel there should be more a selection. 
I would like to see Defenders that can piggy back off of each other versus just throwing a deck together and running with it. With the current Defenders available, including legendaries, the summoning book is the best.

Recommended Defenders:
-Some type of Defender that can merge together to increase power every merge.
-AOE Defenders
-Poison Defenders
-Critical Damage Increase
-Attack Speed Increase
Etc.

I would also like to see usable emotes during a match. 

In conclusion the game is amazing and has potential to be that much better. I hope to see upcoming updates sooner than later.
