I’ve been playing it for 10 years however, the developers really need to update this game. It crashes too much. There isn’t enough events and there is always issues with the UI. I see that this was updated last three years ago and the developers are not quick to answer questions about bugs. The good thing about this game is not very paid to win and is very generous, but please this game needs to be updated. Things cost more jade and ingots than they did, and with this new “godly” equipment, it’s basically pay to win. Not even some adults can afford it. I see a lot of old players returning to it and some huge spenders are still playing. You also have a fun cdrama type storyline with choices in some instances. I do like reading the stories of the different heroes you can have on your team. I have 2 princesses! And lucky enough to be in an active guild. I want to stream the game and talk more about it with my community however there have been no updates to the game. They cycle the same 20 outfits out of the hundreds they have and there’s no way to have access to those outfits. It’ll say “events” if you clean on how to get an outfit but there aren’t any new events to allow you any of those outfits as an option. And the same things in the events don’t give you clothing. Just items to level up or gold. Most of the outfits that are cycled on the packages you have to buy and I don’t mind that. Some are pretty but regardless I’ll buy an outfit just bc I liked the hair and think it’ll look good paired with another look. I like more traditional outfits from different dynasties and lots of what’s cycled through are short dresses (ugh) or 1600-1800 American debutant or nobility. I just want more outfits/hairs/faces to mix and match and the ability to have access to them. Same with heir clothing too. Along with the additions to heirs like chatting with them or decorating their room. It would be fun to also decorate your palace rather than just farm and fish and raise animals in it. I’m not sure where the focus went but especially since Cdramas are trending globally you could have an influx of new players you’re sleeping on. I recommend the game but it’ll get lame after while because there are no updates. If you’re going to not put much focus on this game I would at least allow the option to pay for all outfits created bc I enjoy the game itself and would be more fun if I could dress my consort in more fits! ### 3/5 — No updates? *2025-05-16, version 1.5.0* Was fun until it stopped having major updates. There doesn’t seen to be an update in sight, and female plot players are desperately looking for an ending of some sorts or an update at least. There’s unrest within community and fans are dropping the game due to the lack of storyline or content. The customer support team is slow to respond to comments and usually ignores any reports of abuse or cheating in the game. The developers allow players to use multiple accounts to abuse, harass, and bully other players. The toxic environment permitted by the flagrant disregard of the TOS is not recommended for anyone. My multiple reports have gone ignored and recently, the customer support staff has deleted all my reports. I don’t understand why they are protecting people who cheat at this game. Money seems to be a huge influence on who the company protects. Don’t waste your time or money with this app. Unless you create 7+ accounts or spend $10k in a year, you will not enjoy the time playing Royal Chaos. Recently I decided to give it another shot and my account was deleted due to inactivity. I have linked it with a Game Center account, I have screenshots of my profile and login info, but it just makes me make a new game when I log in. Really irritating because I know for a fact I blew money on in app purchases. ### 1/5 — Hasn’t Been Updated in 2 years?! *2024-08-16, version 1.5.0* Been playing since 2019 and server came out every 3 days to one week until 2023 everything ceased and now the so called brand new servers 372-371-370 are actually two whole years old, Its impossible to win events because of how long people have had. And real drama erupts from hackers stealing peoples factions to pedophiles. Royal Chaos had its faults but it was once one of their top-rated games. Sure, activities were a complete chore, cutscenes were glitchy and the child-raising system needed a total overhaul, but they had something with an interesting story and lovely character designs. Royal Chaos is just another game with potential, but it was thrown in the dumpster for something new.
