Absolutely ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Wrost *2026-07-31* I called the Royal Enfield service center around 50 times and also sent several messages, but I received no response. They only replied to one message to ask for my bike number, and after that, there was no communication at all. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My BeeLine just works without all this! ### 1/5 — Still bad *2026-07-29, version 10.1.21* It has been years and this app is still a poor excuse for an app in all regards. The laggy interface, the loading screen that serves no purpose on launch, the constant our server don’t respond. Please try again. And that’s just the few I am willing to spend the time to mention. The app runs your phone hot the entire ride – screen on, constant processing. The connection drops constantly. Mid-ride, without warning. And when it does, good luck getting back in – the app randomly logs you out and forces you through an emailed verification code to get back in. On a ride. Where you’re on a motorcycle. If you’re in the US, you’re also getting a gutted version of the app. The features RE advertises? Not here. You get routing and not much else. No explanation, no timeline, no acknowledgment. And the latest Tripper dash firmware update removed the blue route line from the display. The one visual confirmation that navigation is actually working – gone. Nobody asked for that. Royal Enfield built a beautiful motorcycle and a capable dash. Then they shipped software that disrespects both. The community has been vocal about these issues for a long time. RE has been silent. However if you turn the bike on and off it doesn’t re-connect. You have to unlock your phone again. You also can’t change any setting for the tripper pod or update it. Be great to be able to set it to night mode permanently as this colour scheme looks much better against the interceptor dials.
