I finally was able to play the entire episode, but only after resetting and playing from the beginning. That is unacceptable. There are some interesting pieces to this game and it certainly would have been rated higher if not for all the aggravation and the fact that it took almost a month to resolve the issues. UPDATE 6/30 I tried playing after the update and got past the first glitch only to encounter the same problem later in the game at the point of trying to create the amulet. Where is your QA department?? This is getting ridiculous!! This game is UNPLAYABLE!! —————— I have tried to play this game twice. I even deleted and reloaded it hoping the problem would be resolved, however it becomes unplayable a few minutes into the game (in the hunter’s cabin). Nothing works. Hint is not available, and the map shows no available actions. Terrible quality assurance!!! Players, I advise waiting to purchase until the issue is resolved. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you. ### 2/5 — Royal Romances 2, Episode 1: The Frozen Kingdom by LynxMinx *2023-07-18* UPDATE 7/17: Domini has finally, after WEEKS of keeping us waiting, fixed the fatal error involving the amulet. However, the ubiquitous sales timer clock is still present, although the July 4th sale is long over. I definitely would have rated this game more highly, but it wasn’t worth all of the aggravation that it caused. So they do not deserve stars for taking so long to fix a problem, nor releasing it flawed in the first place. Maybe next time Domini will check and recheck the quality assurance of their games! It’s a pity because it was a gorgeous little game. I am not rewarding disastrous quality assurance. In the meantime, Elephant has released Ms. Holmes 4: Dancing Men. I have heard that it is a decent game, but that the inventory is not labeled. How ridiculous! Well, once again I will be deducting stars. I’ve tried playing the game about 5 times. Each time I get a little further along but at some point an item doesn’t reappear in my inventory and I can’t progress. The update definitely didn’t help.
