Royal Romances: Curse of Runswick (Episode 4) by LynxMinx
Let’s see. Extremely brief, very few locations, a marked lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, too much dialogue, only a few puzzles/games, and the usual lineup of inventory tools. Dull, banal, trite. These episodic games are getting worse. This was not an enjoyable game. I’m being generous with a 2 star rating.
Unfortunately, next year we will mostly be getting these money-sucking games from Domini, rather than full-length collector’s edition games. If you do not like these episodic games, you must write to Domini or this is all we will get! Don’t depend on others; do it yourself. Or waste your money. Since I do not pay I don’t really care, but I would still prefer a full-size game!
In other news, in a short while 5 BN will release a collector’s edition of Lost Lands 8. The one on the App Store is an F2P, but they conveniently omitted that fact. I wrote to them and told them that they were guilty of false advertising. They wrote back and told me they will release a collector’s edition for our iOS population of paying gamers. So happy holidays, everyone. Once again, a present for you!

Enough of these episodes!!
Although the game had no glitches it is extremely short, and relies on the same, trite inventory usage. The main problem with these episodes is that they are supposed to be connected somehow, leading to a logical conclusion, however by the time the next episode is released one has forgotten the premise of the original storyline. It would be preferable if the entire story were released in a complete game as in the past.
