• See your active rental at a glance: your block and room, term rent, expiry and days remaining.
• Track the next payment due and get reminders before deadlines.
• Report an issue (repair, maintenance, complaint, suggestion or enquiry) in seconds and follow it from "open" through "in progress" to "resolved".
• Browse your full payment history and download receipts.
• Edit your profile, change your password, and view your lease documents.
• Get real-time push notifications for rent reminders, maintenance updates and important announcements.

Made for managers and staff
• A dedicated admin experience for the front desk and facility team.
• Review and approve hostel applications, with full applicant details and verified documents.
