I sent my passport, I sent my bank statement, and then they asked if I was working. I explained that I’m not working, I’m a housewife, and my husband provides the money. They then told me that because the money comes from my husband, it’s “not mine,” and for that reason they cancelled my transaction. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. How is the money my husband gives me not mine? It makes absolutely no sense, and it shows how unprofessional they are. They advertise all these great rates, but it’s all lies because the service doesn’t actually work. Be careful — don’t download, don’t waste your time. La transaction a été annulée par Roze Remit elle-même, mais mon compte a tout de même été débité du montant total. Depuis, j’essaie par tous les moyens d’obtenir un remboursement, sans succès. J’ai contacté le service client par téléphone à plusieurs reprises : on me répond systématiquement qu’aucun agent n’est disponible. J’ai écrit sur leur WhatsApp professionnel, sans aucune réponse. J’ai également soumis un ticket de support officiel : aucun accusé de réception, aucun suivi, rien. Trois canaux de contact différents, et un silence complet sur les trois. Une entreprise qui débite l’argent de ses clients pour des transactions qu’elle annule elle-même, puis qui devient injoignable sur tous ses canaux, n’inspire aucune confiance. Je demande un remboursement immédiat de la somme débitée pour cette transaction annulée, et j’attends une réponse publique ici, puisque leurs canaux privés ne fonctionnent visiblement pas. A scammer was able to intercept in the middle of the transaction and tried to steal the money. Luckily my bank locked out my account.
