## What is Rozinante?

Rozinante connects equestrian barns with workers, trainers, and horse people who just want to get outside for a weekend.

Users who choose the Worker role can add their skills and rates to their profiles. Users who choose the Hirer role can search for nearby workers. When hirers find a worker who might be a fit, they can reach out using our structured, contract-based messaging flow, which takes both parties all the way through to payout.

Reviews are a major component of how we rank potential matches, but reviews quickly become useless if anyone can review anyone else. For this reason, we ensure that no one can review your profile unless you actually completed a contract with that person. Reviews therefore serve as reliable track records of your equestrian work experience, making it easier for you to build a reputation that is meaningful even outside of your existing network.
