However I will say one thing about the app is that is challenging is logging in every time you use it. It’s an unnecessary step when you pay for a subscription to have to log in multiple times a day. ### 4/5 — Feedback *2024-04-13* Estimate doesn’t seem right .. needs to be updated on a weekly basis.. local sales report doesn’t match in most of the cases in terms of estimated value ### 3/5 — Login Issues *2023-01-10, version 5.3.1* Recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 and the latest app requires email authentication each time I sign in. Never previously had this, is this intentional as it’s very annoying. Does not bring up all properties under a specific name. Feature worked well before recent updates. It is a lock in contract with no cancellation that means u have to paid 12 months weather u use it or not. They charge monthly which makes me to think it can cancel any time but in the email and the little grey words at the website said at least 12 months. I would say if u are using in making money then is good.
