Simple and easy to use, syncs with my Apple Watch for daily stats too. Simple things like, when it’s the end of a rest period there is a clear auditable noise to continue with your training. The instructional videos are crystal clear with subtitles and step by step text instructions. The personal training service itself it’s second to none, it has already started to change my life for the better and I’m sure it will continue to!

Straightforward, clear advice and personalised. My workout programme has been tweaked and changed (without me asking!). It’s great being able to focus on my workouts and have someone else do all the planning and optimising! Thanks Richard!
