These are excellent ergs, but this app is so bad that I worry I must have missed something.

The app routinely crashes and bugs are very frequent. Once on a 50 minute piece the app thought I was holding a 10:35 split while the actual machine read 1:53. For how much these machines cost you’d think RP3 would put a little bit more money into making sure their app functions.

Utterly useless. The APP crashes every time you try and select “workouts” or “history”. Better to buy an Amazon Fire or use the RP3 portal in Safari.

Great rower but the iOS software has a flaw. The erg will lose direct connection to the app. And the time will keep going but the app will slow down logging strokes, and get backed up. Ruining all data.

I love this erg, but wish I could track 4 on the display instead of 3. And I get so frustrated that the Bluetooth often doesn’t show up in the app. The app desperately needs some attention.

This app seems to have been designed very minimally. You cannot enter workouts of only serves to count from when you start. Quite disappointing for such an expensive piece of equipment.

Bought this great new erg for my husband.  But it seems in the IOS version you cannot preload workouts.  This is a BIG problem for a competitive rower.  How about an IOS upgrade, please?
