It provides everything we need for our preflight survey and stores at all to ensure our recordkeeping is up-to-date. The ability to edit checklists within is also a great feature to have. Very happy with the ease of use and integration into our operations. ### 5/5 — The Ultimate Companion for Every Drone Pilot *2025-08-08* From the very start of my drone journey, I knew I needed a reliable and efficient way to manage flight plans, maintenance logs, and operational data. After exploring several platforms, I found RPAS Wilco - and it has exceeded every expectation. RPAS Wilco brings everything together in one intuitive, easy-to-use platform. Whether I’m flying for personal enjoyment, conducting commercial operations, or responding to emergencies as a First Responder, this app streamlines every aspect of my workflow. It’s built-in flight surveys, pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists help ensure every mission is safe, compliant, and well-documented. Most importantly, it helps me stay aligned with Transport Canada’s requirements without the administrative headache. For any drone pilot - beginner or professional- looking for a smart, powerful, and dependable flight management solution, RPAS Wilco is my top recommendation. I wouldn’t take to the skies without it. ### 5/5 — All-in-One App *2025-07-16* A very smart app that creates my official site survey quick and easy! As a new drone pilot myself, this has everything I need to get started and fly with confidence. ### 5/5 — Go-to app *2025-07-14* When I want a comprehensive site survey I use RPAS Wilco every time. ### 1/5 — Frustrating and Dysfunctional *2025-07-09* Cant remember the PW, so I use the Forgot password to create a new one. Message is the account is not activated. No other buttons, nowhere to go for help. Back to log on, it says the password is wrong. Again, no way to resolve the issue. Came here to leave a review and saw an update available, so I updated. Now I can’t even get the keyboard up to enter the info. BTW, the reason I wasnt using it was thatI am a MAAC member, so I am supposed to get the Pro version free, but there was nowhere to say I was a MAAC member, and they want me to pay. This all around has been a bad experience trying to use an app that wants you to pay for information that is available free if you know where to look. **Developer response:** Hi there, we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you had. It sounds like your account was never fully activated, which is why the login and reset didn’t work as expected. We recommend clicking “Contact Us” on the website or app to submit a support ticket - our team usually replies within one business day. As for your MAAC membership: yes, all MAAC members get free access to RPAS Wilco PRO, but only if they sign up using the same email registered with MAAC. This is how we validate eligibility. We’ve supported thousands of MAAC members this way. We’d also like to clarify that while some aeronautical data may be available publicly, RPAS Wilco is the only NAV CANADA-authorized distributor for digital drone data, including official CFS, VNC, and NOTAM integration. We’re proud to offer this in a user-friendly app that automatically generates compliant site surveys and flight advisories - all to save you time and ensure safety. If you’re open to giving it another try, we’d be happy to assist you step-by-step. Just reach out at contact@rpaswilco.com. Thanks again for your feedback - we’re always working to improve. - RPAS Wilco Support Team ### 5/5 — Excellent App - Future for Canadian drones. *2025-06-24* Love this app, excellent for all compliance! ### 5/5 — Outstanding tool *2025-06-07* This is an incredibly well built tool that gives you everything you need at your fingertips.
