## What is RPE Coach?

RPE Coach is an essential tool for athletes following RPE-based (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and RIR-based (Reps in Reserve) strength training programs. Designed for powerlifting and autoregulated strength training, RPE Coach maps out your exact performance capacity.
