### 4/5 — Go to App

*2020-11-04, version 5.6*

I’ve used this for years and it’s been my go to App for all things Pathfinder. Only degrading one star since it hasn’t been updated in 3 years.

I would also love to see PF2 and Starfinder support.

### 3/5 — Good app that needs an update.

*2018-04-22, version 5.6*

I’ve used this app for pathfinder for a few years now, and it’s very competent. It’s not too expensive to pay for the content you want, but maybe I feel that way as it has only ever cost me $0.99 a time. Jumping in blind, it might seem too much. You’re not paying for the content as much as you are paying for the effort taken to format the content properly for this app. That said, there are cheaper apps with more content. An update with new books would keep me using this app.

### 3/5 — Mediocre.

*2018-01-09, version 5.6*

I wasn’t aware that full subclass content wouldn’t be available in the 5e option before buying. I’m not terribly upset as it’s not expensive, but I am a bit disappointed. Also, some spells are missing but that’s par for the course. When all books are in use, this sometimes fits the bill, which is better than most other apps out there.

### 3/5 — Button are missing

*2018-01-01, version 5.6*

Monster by CR dose not work and monster by terrain

### 3/5 — Reference

*2017-09-17, version 5.6*

Has some pathfinder books and few 3.5. Will you be adding support for star-jammer or star finder soon?
Erret--
You added modern, cool

If you could please fix 5th edition, only one feat is present and many item descriptions are non existent.

### 4/5 — Indispensible

*2016-03-25, version 5.2*

Fantastic app which cuts out the need to drag my heavy Pathfinder books around. The ability to quickly search through the many many rules is what really sells it for me. But two things, I really wish I could constrain my keyword searches to certain books rather than have the app trawl through the entire library (I refrained from purchasing many books as simple searches were bogging me down with too many results), secondly I wish the navigation bars would go away/didn't take up about 1/3 of the screen when reading in landscape mode. Those two points aside, this app has seen plenty of good use. Love it!

### 4/5 — Good app but can't upgrade.

*2016-02-29, version 5.2*

So love the app. Forward an back buttons search features seems fairly comprehensive but, when I go to the settings to see what books I have access to the text begins to overlap after I scroll through it. This means that I can't tell what the app already has in it nor can I add anything else to the app, like additional bestiaries, I would also like to see a sort monster by CR feature but that's just nitpicking on my end.

### 5/5 — Best PF app by far

*2015-12-01, version 5.0*

By far the most useful app for pathfinder. Now it is free it should be essential for all players, to save clutter. Now usable for multiple different game systems. Thank you Ufisk!

### 5/5 — Latest update breaks bookmarks

*2015-12-01, version 5.0*

1 December 2015: latest update seems to break bookmarks. They only take you to the main screen. Your junk bookmarks seem to have no actual function either and were swiftly deleted.

Please include a way to turn off your content for extra game systems I have zero concern for. I already feel like I'm being screwed over for paying for something you are now giving away; don't force me to see garbage content for dead systems that you want to thrust down my throat.

7 October 2015: would love to see support for iOS 9's iPad multitasking functions.

Tasked with formatting the unorthodoxically laid out Advanced Races Guide in an intuitive, easily comprehendible, and true, enough, to it's original intent, the developers far exceeded my best expectations.
The app is amazing, beyond even my expectations and the customer support is wonderful.

### 4/5 — Great but needs updating

*2015-10-06, version 4.9*

This is a great ap, easy to use and understand. Well sorted out. The only thing missing are the 2015 books.

### 4/5 — Wonderful, but I need a fix

*2015-07-18, version 4.9*

So I've been using this product since I started in Pathfinder a few years ago, and I love it! It's so handy having all the stuff in one easy to navigate app, that's just like having all the books! However recently the links to some of the outsiders in Beastiary 2 are broken, it's like they just stopped existing. What happened? Five stars minus one for the broken Beastiary 2 means four star rating!

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2015-01-30, version 4.9*

Been using this for years now. Very we'll done, I've the other pathfinder resource app as we'll but I use this one exclusively. No books to lug around . Thank you

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Maybe I don’t get it...

*2019-08-06, version 5.6*

Just google what you need? There is a free SRD website for 3.5 / 5e / Pathfinder. I don’t understand. They are charging money for what WotC literally gave away for free and, I think, said you COULDN’T charge money for.

### 1/5 — Great app!!

*2018-07-30, version 5.6*

App is amazing and all bugs that I have found and reported are fixed promptly.
Some formatting issues for links but nothing that breaks the app and the issues are few and far between.

Highly recommend as the active search is amazing.
Hope they add PF2 support!

### 1/5 — These tweaks make it superior to the other Pathfinder SRD app.

*2017-07-04, version 5.6*

This app keeps getting better. I recommend it.

### 1/5 — Do Not Update!

*2016-01-09, version 5.1*

This latest update breaks the app entirely, crashing on startup.
Do not buy until they fix it.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2010-06-06, version 0*

This app is a waste of your money for the ipad. Barely readable, lack of functionnality, pricy.

I used it for 30 minutes and deleted it from my ipad.

### 2/5 — Buggier than before

*2013-11-30, version 4.0*

Not only does the 'back' button still not work properly, the screen size has reverted to earlier OS screen sizes. Also, the icon doesn't show up properly on my first-gen iPad.

### 3/5 — Ok for pathfinder meh for 5e

*2022-07-10, version 5.6*

I remember this app being just amazing for my pathfinder games with my friends. It was a great reference and had most content for that game. 5e on the other hand is a bit annoying. A lot of the content just stops abruptly. Like not giving you all of the schools for you wizard, just one… It is a good reference for spells though.

### 3/5 — Keeps losing bookmarks

*2021-04-30, version 5.6*

An OK, if not exorbitantly expensive, app that's inferior in just about every conceivable metric to "PFRPG rd" which is sadly not in the app store anymore & cannot be installed on iOS 14.5, leaving a "beggars can't be choosers" situation. It mostly works, albeit in a clunky fashion. Not nearly as streamlined or as powerful as the aforementioned "PFRPG rd". But the inability to retain bookmarks through an OS reset is **SERIOUSLY annoying**! That needs to be addressed at a minimum. Even if it is, it'll always pale to "PFRPG rd" which is much more feature rich.

### 3/5 — Incomplete Catergories

*2019-11-13*

I just want to write saying that there are some incomplete categories, especially the feat page. I hope that this issue can be fixed soon. Thanks.

### 3/5 — Unnessecary

*2018-09-05, version 5.6*

Everything that you have to pay for is avalible online for free. At least it works without wifi

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Reference App

*2017-12-14, version 5.6*

This is a great reference app for very cheap, I highly recommend it! The only thing I wish it had was some of the naval combat rules for pathfinder. Other then that, it’s got pretty much everything you could ever want.

### 5/5 — Great Tool To Have!

*2017-06-25, version 5.6*

I am loving this app for my gaming. I commute on a motorcycle about 30 miles to play so I can't bring a bunch of books with me. This is perfect for me. If I could recommend another book to add, I would like to see some psionics resources please. Psionics Unleashed?

### 5/5 — Great app, easy to use, regularly updated

*2016-10-07, version 5.4*

Really nice app, it's kept up to date very well and is easy to use.

An absolute boon when it comes to not having to lug around all the pathfinder books, and very handy for finding rules quickly.

### 5/5 — GM's dream app

*2016-09-15, version 5.3*

This has makes running games so much more fun. The search engine streamlines everything . Great job !!!

### 5/5 — Everything I Expected

*2016-06-04, version 5.3*

This app contains all the feat, spell, rule, and monster listings and errata I need to have within quick reach when DMing. It doesn't have sources listed though, so if you aren't using certain books or rules you'll need to know which things to ignore. Basically, it's like having all the tabs you need open on a laptop, but without the laptop. Everything I expected and more from a free app, up to date and easily accessible.

### 5/5 — Near perfect thank you!

*2016-04-10, version 5.2*

Could use more pervasive hyperlinks but otherwise awesome. Please release additional books' content soon! :)

### 5/5 — Great app for Pathfinder

*2016-04-07, version 5.2*

As a new GM, this app is great. Being able to quickly call up info needed, without having to rely on a browser or a potentially slow PDF is really handy. The only thing it doesn't seem to have is syncing bookmarks between devices. I would love this feature so that if I build an encounter on my phone and bookmark the enemies, I would have them on my tablet when I start a session.

### 5/5 — The RPG app we deserve!

*2016-01-25, version 5.2*

Easy to use and understand. This eliminates having to cart the books from house to house each game.

I'd like to see some of the advanced class and race guides in the future!

### 5/5 — Amazing, hope it will do 5e SOON

*2016-01-16, version 5.1*

Fantastic, looks great, and easy to use. I can browse a yard of hardbacks on my phone. On my ipad its Superior to paper when GMing at the table, skips awful book art to get to the rule. Lesser known items, spells, monsters, classes jump out of the background. LOVE IT!

### 5/5 — Extremely handy! Updated for UC and OA!

*2016-01-10, version 5.1*

Does so much of the legwork for me as a GM, and well worth 99¢ to have a linked, searchable, bookmark-able resource book at my fingertips. Ufisk was also very helpful and friendly on the one occasion I had a question about the app's functionality.

A lot of work and love goes into providing these resources to players and it shows! Thanks ufisk!

Definitely leaving five stars up. This app is my constant companion as a player and a DM, and the new addition of Pathfinder Unchained and Occult Adventures only increases its usefulness.

Ufisk remains a responsive, helpful, and friendly developer. Thank you for the time and effort!
