＜あらすじ＞
｢私のせいなの…？｣

物語の舞台は、前作の主人公が、終盤にて別の選択をした二年後の世界。

レオの裏切りによって人口の7割がゾンビと化し、居住可能区域は更に狭まる事となる。
そんな絶望的な状況で、知能を持つゾンビ集団、「ネクスト」からの宣戦布告。

人類は、生き残る事が出来るのか。
