When it did, there was tons of jobs which were obviously fake. No responses when jobs applied for and when you email them they generally ignore you. No support for the app which doesn’t work anyway, big surprise…and you need to go thru a live person for any shifts anyway. Would still be nice if the apps worked instead of having to go to the website…. ### 1/5 — Job postings are fake *2024-04-15, version 1.2.2* **cannot book shifts yourself, shifts listed on app and website don't actually exist - use ShiftPosts instead, it's significantly better** I signed up for this service and downloaded their app based on the shifts presented as available on their website. They listed several postings in my city for shifts starting essentially the next day, and the website and app would let me apply for them, confirm I had applied for them, but then not show them on the page that said it should display list of shifts I'd applied for. When I spoke to someone on the phone they said that the app and website are "out of date," despite all emails from the company directing you to the app and website. The closest shift they could offer me was almost a month away, and since there is no way to know which of the relief shifts listed on the app actually exist, it isn't possible to apply for and book shifts yourself, you have to go through an "account manager." ### 1/5 — App is not working *2022-01-11, version 1.2.2* I can’t access the app … keeps loading and loading for ever without accessing my account. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-03-17, version 1.0.0* Shift wages are wildly low and inaccurate. RPI is an excellent place to go to if you would like assistance related to your medical career. They give great work opportunities and wages and have staff members who are willing to go out of their way to help you. Aquib, my account manager is an exceptional consultant who has always helped me through my journey with them.
