They need to change absolutely everything in the app. Nothing works

Somehow they manage to make this app worse over time. Now it’s gotten to the point where if you put in a pickup/destination city to search for loads, nothing comes up. I used to be able to halfway cross reference the app with my rep’s email list to see if stuff was still available but now, it doesn’t show anything at all even when I know there are loads available. Not to mention it doesn’t scan the VINs half the time and you still have to do everything on paper.

Absolutely terrible application, just super uncomfortable. Please fix it , or come back to sending the load via email .

I have use this app several times and a couple occasions the app will not work and then they wanna refuse payment. They have a button on their app to call RPM if you have a problem but that button has a fake phone number and does not work. Horrible horrible horrible.

The worst app ever. It doesn’t allow to make the inspection in different address of pick up location. But what I can do if vehicle is not at pick up location? In a storage lot per exemple.

The app reads only one in ten QR codes, nor will it read the VIN alpha/ numeric code. Lighting and angle changes do not help. VINs have to be entered manually. Not cool, especially when the customer is standing by waiting to sign. Time waster.

It wouldn’t work at all for us drivers / carriers if we didn’t have contact with the RPM Rep Austin. He is the MvP at RPM always making sure things are good and smooth. He is the APP, he is RPM. 

Couldn’t do it without that guy! 5* for Austin @ RPM. 3* on the app.
