## What is RPN?

A dream calculator of the 70's, priced at $1,900 in today's dollars, now on your iPad!

RPN-67 Pro is the first complete simulation of Hewlett-Packard's legendary HP-67 programmable calculator for iOS. Produced from 1976 to 1982, the HP-67's features coupled with its capability to store programs on magnetic cards made it a huge success among scientists, engineers and other professionals. Thousands of programs were written for it. Now you can run them right on your iPad, with more ease and faster than ever before. To get you started quickly, download hundreds of program cards from our website for free.

What users said:
"I am a collector of HP emulators on my iPad. The HP-67 is beyond spectacular!"
"What an application! Perfect visual experience, perfect emulation, even the clicks are pleasant."
"In many ways, the app is even better than the original - much faster, better and easier programming".

RPN-67 Pro is fully compatible with RPN-97 Pro, its companion simulator of the HP-97 calculator.

Features:

• Virtual program and data cards

### 5/5 — Excellent emulation

*2024-05-24, version 6.9*

The pro version is just great - has a lot of extra cards with an extensive manual on each card’s functions, i.e. TVM calculation card etc. There are a lot of customisations available to the core HP 67 calculator. Thanks for the hard work of putting this all together, this seems like the only calculator [emulation] one would ever need. The calculator skin is also great, and the red display makes it authentic. Looking forward for future versions.

### 5/5 — Back to 5 stars

*2020-03-18*

Yay, well done. Portrait mode is back.

It seems to me that if you had to drop a mode, for the 67 it would have made more sense to drop landscape mode.
Anyhow, thanks so much for restoring it.

**Developer response:** One star because of a single feature you're missing??

Blocking portrait mode was not an arbitrary decision. It was forced by a number of graphical issues showing up when running in iOS 13. In order to release an update supporting Dark Mode and the new file sharing features in time, portrait mode was disabled. Meanwhile, it has been fully restored, working better than ever.

And to answer your question: I'm not on drugs and never will be.

### 5/5 — Love It

*2019-01-12, version 4.9*

I used the HP67 at college back in the 70s, this emulator is just like the real thing. Well done.

### 5/5 — Best iPad Calculator

*2018-04-29*

This developer is terrific. His apps are really great. The HP-67 is a good calulator made great by the extras added by this developer. The calendar functions are amazing and make it very much like the HP41 or 42s. The integrated share functions make it very easy to send a listing or a copy of the "card" created or a listing.
The developer's efforts are truly a labor of love!
There is a version of this app for the iPhone and the share feature makes it easy to copy a program developed on one device to the other device or to a Mac for backup...

### 1/5 — No longer works

*2016-01-26*

This worked beautifully until the iOS 8.4 update. Now the program closes as soon as you open it. The funny thing is, the free version still works perfectly! So until this is fixed, get the free one instead.

### 1/5 — Undecided

*2015-10-05, version 3.2*

I tied to write a review and gave the app 3 stars, but it wouldn't let me post it. Therefore I have downgraded my review to one star. The app is okay for the small price, but there are many program cards on the developer website which you should be able to import directly from the app, rather than having to connect to a computer and fiddle around.

### 5/5 — Like Owning a New HP-67

*2015-02-24*

This is by far the best emulation of the classic HP-67 scientific calculator that I have found. When you consider the reliability, speed, and capacity advantages of using the included virtual magnetic card reader/writer (and virtual thermal printer), versus the physical original, it is clear that this app provides exceptional value. That conclusion is only further reinforced when one considers the many performance upgrades, the ready access to the HP applications library, and the built-in program reference guidance provided. A math-oriented young person contemplating a technical career could find their areas of greatest interest by familiarizing themselves with the contents of the classic application pacs.

### 4/5 — Superb emulator of Hp-67!

*2015-01-03, version 2.7*

I own an HP-67 calculator and have used it a great deal over the last few decades. This app does a wonderful job of emulating the HP-67 functions, and having programming support is such a great feature. In many ways, the app is even better than the original - much faster, better and easier programming, and not having to pay for all those pre-programmed function cards. Such a deal!

### 5/5 — a labor of love

*2014-09-24*

I love this app as it fabulously recreates one of the most amazing programmable calculators that ever was. Some of us grew on programmable calculators and the HP67 was the king. The app also includes many of the original libraries of magnetic cards. Thank you for creating this!

### 5/5 — Outstanding

*2014-07-09*

Every update adds something useful. Design, vision, execution all outstanding. How come the earlier reviews disappear?

The most recent update makes an excellent product even better. Breakpoints with a count is very relevant. Not just the core product but every enhancement is well thought out and well executed.

I wish there was detailed help attached to the app. Would make it more convenient than having to go to an external site.
