However, recently it got better. But now it’s constantly freezing up and getting stuck loading on just normal searches. Too often the status is wrong or the property doesn’t even show up. I waited till the next day and my password still didn’t work so I changed it again, and again it automatically entered my email address and password that I just changed and it still says wrong password ### 1/5 — Prior to this year though buggy it was great *2021-04-21* Prior to this year though buggy it was great. At this time no addresses will load to be searched. 3 minutes waiting for a search is too slow with dial up internet. I’m using a 7+ iPhone with the most up to date version. I found the tool very helpful for a time but now the app is useless. Refused my password, which I know is correct, refused FaceID, which I have successfully used on other apps, all while spamming useless popup messages claiming that “due to high volume, PDF export times may be impacted” which had absolutely nothing to do with anything on the screen. The app is a broken mess. Unusable. ### 1/5 — Software Update Usless *2024-04-24* The latest software update seems to be lacking in functionality. Despite my efforts, I am unable to prevent the continuous loading. Whenever I enter the address, the loading icon appears and the message "Information loading" is displayed. On one occasion, I managed to load half a page, but since then, I have been unsuccessful in loading any further content. ### 1/5 — Poor *2024-02-19, version 3.13.1149* Information is wrong most of the time this is like Zillow can not trust site . From one day like 2/17/24 to 2/18/24 property amount changes of 60,000 up in this bad economy with homes down so much . Also this app is confusing to use . BAD I use to trust this was a good tool to use . Will not recommend it to anyone . Not only did the app recognize my last name and NARS/license number, it still kept saying ERROR as I tried to create my account. Would’ve been nice to see if this app truly was an MLS on the go. ### 1/5 — Unusable in landscape/horizontal view *2023-05-03, version 3.5.744* Searching a property in the horizontal/landscape view brings up only the map and all other functionality is lost. Unable to view property details unless going to portrait mode. ### 1/5 — Full of bugs, terrible on reliability *2023-02-18* When I run a search on an address on my iPad all i get is a black screen. I have to shut the app down completely to get back to main menu. I can click run report on landing page. Get to the point of adding comps, click on a listing to check it out. There is no way to go back to the comp list. Have to shut down the app and start again. Click on random anything you might end up on a black screen and have to restart. On top of the fact that i may be mid report creating and it crashes. Have to start over. So no matter what you do, you will either have to restart the app and thus restart a report or it will just shut down on you and you have to restart. So if you are quickly trying to run a report while out with clients. Don’t plan on it being quick, easy, or typically even possible. It’s the best technology tool in my REALTOR tool belt. More information and functionality in one location than anything else in our industry. Easy to use and love the ability to text reports to my clients. The Market Trends Data and Scriptwriter is so cutting edge! Is RPR mobile perfect? No, but is anything perfect in real estate? Having said that, the RPR updates is only getting better with each update!
