## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Sounds Make It Unusable

*2021-12-02, version 3.0*

This is one of the better respiratory rate apps out there in terms of ease of use, etc. despite looking like it came out of a 1990s textbook. But It’s unusable because of the terrible breathing sound it makes, which you can’t turn off.

### 3/5 — awful gasping sound on each tap

*2020-01-04*

It is a shame that this app makes a ridiculous gasping sound with each tap. This is very distracting and disconcerting for parents when assessing a child. Whilst it is possible to mute your phone, this is a real inconvenience. Surely this unnecessary feature could be switched off

### 4/5 — Great except one feature

*2021-02-10, version 3.0*

I would love it much more if I could turn off the breathing noise. I’m supposed to count breaths of patients without them knowing. Otherwise they will change the way they breathe and mess up the count.

### 4/5 — Love this App!

*2020-06-26*

I am a Children’s Nurse Practitioner in Perth, Western Australia. I see kids at my clinic or (thanks to COVID) by video consultation. This App is so handy when you can’t examine a baby/child. I also use it as a guide for parents to decide when to seek further health review. Just sent it to a Mom who lives on a farm 80km from the nearest town :)

### 5/5 — Works well!

*2018-04-11, version 2.9*

Great idea and easy to use

### 5/5 — Sync to breathing

*2013-05-15*

Seems ver easy to use.?
