Fort Smith AR has no ATM whatsoever so you can not deposit. What about people who work and can’t make it the hole in the wall you call a branch? You refuse to participate in the nation leading co-op network for shared branches and ATM networks. Fort Smith has United FCU that allows co-op deposits inside and at the ATM for other credit unions you must think you’re above co-op / Valera network. That being said the nations leading credit union Navy FCU participates in the ATM network for deposits yet you don’t? Another hole in the wall Mercy Credit Union Fort Smith participates it’s beyond a joke that RRCU doesn’t. Yet opens a branch in an area with no ATM! Come on do better! You also fail to allow members to protect themselves. You have no card control. No ability to restrict certain transactions or simply freeze if misplaced! You Rely on Visa Purchase Alerts to provide card alerts when most modern banking apps use push notifications yet you rely on others to fulfill your outdated app! You are far behind any local credit union and lightyears behind any nation leading. Please stay clear of whatever you wish to call this institution!
