I love my endo but i hate the phone and my chart for scheduling directly with dr. For people who were not born with cell phones in their hands - these systems are frustrating and very impersonal. I used to hate going to a new doctor’s office and having to complete registration forms. I’d think to myself “Why can’t they all share this info so I don’t have to complete these forms each and every time I see a new doctor or go to the hospital. Using MyCare makes everything easier, including check-in. My husband won’t use it as he feels he is giving up anonymity. Other times it doesn’t send notifications. There are 47 different push notification settings alone, making it tragically difficult to actually correct the horrible settings that are default.
