Stability Fixes:
Set the map to only show ZIGMA Points for day of, it was previously set to 90 days. This can cause stability issues if there are a high number of points marked during that period. 

Bug Fixes: 
Fixed bug causing the keyboard not to launch correctly on smaller screen sizes (i.e. iPhone SE 3rd Generation)
Adjusted Locations and Assignment menu's to properly size when a large amount of items are present in the list.
Added loading state and button changes to the "Mark Complete" option on assignments to show the proper state and update when pressed.
