Only issue is it seems to have a bug where if face ID is used twice quickly, the rsa code disappears and you have to wait a few seconds to trigger face id again to view it. Example: face id to log into phone, then face id for rsa, triggers code to disappear if done quickly. ### 1/5 — Critical Face ID Bug – Needs Immediate Fix *2025-12-05* Please urgently fix the ongoing Face ID bug. The app does not allow Face ID to be enabled natively, and the only way to activate it is through iOS settings under Face ID & Passcode → Other Apps. Even when enabled this way, the app has a persistent bug: every time Face ID triggers, the token briefly appears and then disappears, taking about three seconds to reappear. This should not be happening. It is essential to have native Face ID protection within the RSA app itself to provide an additional and critical layer of security. However, at the moment, there is no way to enable Face ID from within the app, and users are forced to rely solely on iOS system controls to secure access. Please fix this issue or add an internal setting to enable Face ID directly within the RSA app. This is extremely important for users who depend on secure and reliable authentication. I have submitted this feedback multiple times, but it seems to be consistently ignored. That’s it and if that’s all there was, I would leave a glowing review. HOWEVER, there is NO process to transfer to a new device. I got a new phone and have been working for TWO weeks so far to track down admins to take time out of their day to reach out to their institution to reassign soft tokens. VIP Access app was perfect with a short process, all was moved to the new device. Face ID is successful, but the token shows very momentarily and is hidden again. Have to tap the view token button a bit before Face ID is checked again and the token actually shows like it’s supposed to.
