Follow up and overview of existing and past “tickets” should be available. ### 2/5 — Functional but not polished *2025-02-21, version 25.0.9* There’s quite a few bugs on the app, like the constant needing to sign in even though I enabled biometrics or the fact that I have allowed notifications but the toggle still shows off, perhaps fix the bugs and go through vigorous QA testing before publishing an application, better sprint planning could help ### 1/5 — Nothing works 👎🏽 *2024-11-22* Worst app in the history of all apps! Nothing works. Can’t view invoices. Can’t view statements. Have to email RSAWeb every friggin month to ask for my latest invoice. All it does is open and hang on the RSAWEB. Does not go any further. So sad, the company refers you to their app in the welcome pack but the app does not want to open. Hopefully their coders can have this issue resolved. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolute JOKE *2026-06-10, version 25.0.15* What an absolute joke of an app, by a major ISP no less, signing only works half the time and is painfully slow when it works, almost none of the basic features it’s advertised to do - monitor progress of order (“you have no orders”) works, can’t edit any information, can’t even enable notifications without going into a permission loop - enable in settings, it is enabled in settings, prompts for PIN when biometrics is enabled, and then fails to log in… to name but a few. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-05-28, version 25.0.15* Giving 1 star because 0 is not an option ### 1/5 — This app needs an upgrade *2026-02-23, version 25.0.15* I think I managed to use this app once since I joined RSAWEB. Then it takes ages to actually sign in, only to say “authentication failed” when I’ve entered my correct credentials.
