RSPI Pdk Indah.. muncul hanya 3 nama dan setelah dicocokan dg tgl dan jam saya booking online.. ternyata ketika sampai di RS dokter tersebut hanya melayani medical check up.. di tg dan jam sama ada 2 dokter umum lain yg namanya tdk muncul .. jadi saya lakukan prosedur pendaftatan manual.. jadi apa manfaatnya dari aplikasi karena misleading menampilkan dokter.. ### 4/5 — Make It Better *2023-12-06, version 2.1.2* Mohon agar buat appointment gak perlu pake telp operator lagi. For appointments phone calls still needed. Bookings aren’t available at the earliest a day prior to the appointment day, if that. There is hospital SMS system in place for that. Anehnya bisa sign in namun pas mau update data masih tetap muncul notif request untuk verifikasi email Belum lagi mau cek jadwal dokter, susah amat nyari nama dokternya, tidak ada drop down list pilihan nama dokter pun diketik manual nama dokter juga gak ada muncul itu si nama dokternya…kan aneh? It has to be by a phone call! - Records: Appointments records aren’t updated with data from Call Center or Web. - Informations: Lack of information pharmacy queue, bed availability, doctor queue. - Telemedicine: Schedule aren’t on time.
