Such a basic issue shows how unreliable the system is. On top of that, the application and portal are full of login problems. Many times, the login with ID and password fails, and the service does not work as expected. If RSRTC is not able to maintain its app and web portal properly, then it is better to close the online booking service altogether rather than frustrate passengers like this. This is one of the worst experiences I have faced with any transport service.
